Deposit & excess
All amounts are in US dollars (USD) and include 16% sales tax.
Optional protection: USD 25 per rental day. The damage excess remains USD 1,800 for this category; this option does not lower it. No zero-excess product is offered. The security deposit and coverage exclusions still apply.
Theft liability: Theft is covered, but the customer is liable for six months’ rental, calculated at the approved monthly rate for the same vehicle.
An official police report or sketch is mandatory. The damage excess applies separately to each incident. A customer officially found not at fault pays no amount.

Useful rental details
When should I complete online check-in?
Complete online check-in after ALBaraka has confirmed your reservation in writing. Use the booking reference and email address in your confirmation.
Does online check-in confirm or change my booking?
No. Check-in helps the team prepare collection. Your written confirmation remains the reference for the vehicle, dates, price and agreed extras. Changes require the team’s written approval.
What should I bring when I collect the car?
Bring your original driving licence, passport or accepted ID, and the documents and payment method specified in your booking confirmation. Ask the team about any additional licence or International Driving Permit requirement before travelling. Online check-in does not replace original documents.
When is my booking confirmed?
Our team confirms your booking in writing after agreeing availability, price and rental conditions. Sending a request alone does not reserve a vehicle.
Can I request Queen Alia Airport collection?
Yes. Add your flight number, arrival time and preferred collection point to your enquiry. The team confirms meeting instructions, availability and applicable charges with your quote.
How is the starting price calculated?
The displayed guide is the average of the daily rate and the daily equivalents of the seven-day and thirty-day rates. It is indicative; your rental duration, dates and availability determine the final quote.
Is this the exact vehicle I will receive?
The image is a representative illustration. Model, year, colour, equipment and seating configuration are confirmed with the vehicle offered. Include any essential requirements in your request.
