Start with dates rather than a monthly label

A month can mean a calendar month or a defined rental period. ALBaraka’s supplied rate matrix uses 30-day totals, so your enquiry should always include exact start and end dates and times. A stay of a different length needs its own quote.

Tell the team whether you expect a fixed stay or might need an extension. The vehicle is confirmed for the agreed period; keeping it longer depends on approval and availability. Ask about extension pricing before relying on an open-ended arrangement.

Compare the full cost of your stay

For a longer rental, the headline amount is only the first part of the comparison. Request the rental total in USD and confirm what is included. Ask separately about taxes, additional drivers, requested equipment and collection or return charges.

The starting daily figure shown on the fleet is an indicative average calculated from daily, weekly and monthly rates. It is not a monthly quote divided by the number of days you intend to stay. Use the written quote for your dates when comparing alternatives.

Keep these amounts separate.

A security deposit, a damage excess and a theft excess are not interchangeable with the rental charge. Confirm each amount, how the deposit is handled and which insurance exclusions apply.

Questions to settle before confirming

  • How many kilometres are included for the quoted period, and what happens if you exceed them?
  • What fuel condition applies at return?
  • Who should you contact if a service becomes due during the rental?
  • What support arrangements apply if the vehicle has a problem?
  • How are an extension, an early return or a change of driver handled?
  • What deposit method, release process and excess apply?

Do not assume unlimited mileage, free maintenance visits, automatic refunds or a replacement time. These points need confirmation from ALBaraka for the offered vehicle and agreement.

Choose for everyday use and occasional journeys

Think about where the car will spend most of its time. Parking space, passenger numbers, suitcase storage and your driving preferences all matter. Compare the Kia Cerato, Nissan Sunny and Hyundai Elantra Hybrid as starting points, then ask which vehicles are available for the full period.

The listed hybrid vehicles are the Elantra 2025 and Camry 2023. Fuel use depends on the actual vehicle and the journey; no fixed saving is promised here. If a particular feature matters for your daily travel, ask the team to check it rather than relying on the illustration.

Build a complete monthly rental request

Send your dates and times, preferred car, collection and return locations, estimated driving needs and number of drivers. If you are arriving by air, include the flight details and read the Queen Alia Airport rental page.

Keep a copy of the confirmation and agreed conditions for the whole stay. The Amman rental guide and visitor resource directory can help with the practical side of living and travelling with the car.

Useful questions

Does monthly always mean 30 days?

The supplied rate matrix uses 30-day totals. Your written quote must state the exact rental dates and duration.

Can I extend the rental?

Ask ALBaraka before the agreed return time. An extension depends on availability and a confirmed revised quote.

Is mileage unlimited?

Do not assume it is. Ask for the kilometre allowance and any excess-kilometre charge in your quote.
