Choose from the ALBaraka fleet or ask our team to recommend a car. Use the request form to share your dates, local times, collection and return locations, passengers and luggage.

Mention child seats, additional drivers and any essential vehicle requirement before accepting the quote. For a child seat, include the child’s age and preferred seat type.

Review your written confirmation

Check the agreed car, dates, locations, total quote, rental conditions, deposit and excess. Confirm the accepted payment method and documents you must bring. Keep the team’s contact details and collection instructions accessible.

Your request alone does not reserve a car. Travel arrangements should rely on the written confirmation sent by ALBaraka.

Complete online check-in

After confirmation, open online check-in. Use the same booking reference, lead driver name and email address as your reservation.

• Enter your confirmed collection date, local time and location.
• Add your arrival flight number when relevant.
• Provide your driving licence issuing country and expiry date.
• List any extras already agreed and relevant arrival notes.

Check-in helps the team prepare collection; it does not approve changes or confirm a new booking. Do not include passport numbers, licence numbers, payment-card details or scans.

Collect your car

Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation. If your flight is delayed or your arrival changes, contact reservations with your booking reference and revised details. Ask the team to confirm any change.

• Bring your original driving licence and passport or accepted ID.
• Bring any additional document and the payment method specified in your confirmation.
• Ask before travel whether your licence requires an International Driving Permit or any additional document.
• Review the rental agreement and record the car’s condition with the team at handover.
• Confirm fuel instructions and the return time and location.
