An airport rental starts before you reach the arrivals hall. Send ALBaraka your flight number, arrival date and local arrival time, together with the date and location where you want to return the vehicle. Tell us whether you are travelling straight into Amman or beginning a longer journey around Jordan.

Our team checks the requested vehicle and sends the proposed price and collection arrangements. Please wait for written confirmation of the meeting point and contact instructions. Your confirmation will set out the agreed meeting point, collection time and contact details.

Allow time for immigration and baggage before choosing a handover time. If the flight changes, use the contact details in your confirmation to update the team. The official airport flight board is useful for checking your flight; your airline remains the right contact for changes to the flight itself.

Choose a car for passengers and luggage

Start with the number of people and the bags they are bringing. A compact sedan can be a sensible starting point for a couple, while a larger vehicle may suit additional luggage. A seven-seat vehicle does not automatically carry seven travellers and seven suitcases: luggage space changes when all seats are in use.

Starting prices on the fleet are indicative averages of the supplied daily, weekly and monthly pricing. They are a comparison guide. The written quote confirms the amount for your own rental period.

Check documents before departure

Ask the team to confirm the licence, passport and payment documents required for every driver. International Driving Permit requirements can depend on the issuing country and the rules that apply to your journey. Check official guidance for your licence and obtain any required permit before leaving home.

Do not assume the same conditions apply to every rental company. Driver eligibility, deposit handling and insurance terms must come from your ALBaraka confirmation. Keep these details accessible alongside your flight and accommodation information.

Make the return part of the plan

Agree the return location and process before the rental begins. On departure day, leave time for the vehicle check and the onward journey to your airline’s required airport arrival time. The vehicle return time and flight departure time should never be treated as the same appointment.
