The website provides general information about ALBaraka’s rental services, fleet and travel planning. It is not a guaranteed offer, financial advice, legal advice or a substitute for the written booking confirmation and signed rental agreement.

Submitting a form, sending an email, viewing availability language or seeing a starting rate does not reserve a vehicle or create a rental contract. A booking is confirmed only in writing by ALBaraka.

2. Vehicles, images, prices and availability

Vehicle images are representative illustrations unless expressly identified as a photograph of the offered vehicle. Make, model, year, colour, equipment, luggage capacity and seating can vary within a category. Essential specifications are confirmed in writing.

Starting rates are indicative average daily amounts in USD. They can change with dates, duration, availability, vehicle category, collection and return arrangements, taxes, mandatory fees and selected extras. The written quote controls the price for an unchanged confirmed booking.

Fleet information and website availability may change without notice before confirmation. ALBaraka may correct an obvious typographical, technical or pricing error before accepting a booking and will give the customer the opportunity to accept the corrected offer or withdraw the request.

3. Travel and third-party information

Travel guides, route suggestions, driving information, opening hours and external links are provided for general planning. Conditions, laws, road closures, weather, border procedures, attraction rules and official guidance can change. Check current information with the competent authority before travel.

ALBaraka does not control an external website and is not responsible for its availability, security, content or services. A link does not imply endorsement or a partnership unless stated.

4. Website access and acceptable use

You may use the website for legitimate personal or business rental enquiries. You must not interfere with security, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate another person, scrape or overload the website, introduce malicious code, or use content or forms for fraud or abuse.

ALBaraka may restrict access, reject abusive submissions and preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal claims.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the ALBaraka name, logo, page design, original text, graphics and generated vehicle illustrations are owned by or licensed to ALBaraka. They may not be copied, republished, sold, altered or used to suggest affiliation without written permission.

Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Their descriptive use does not imply sponsorship.

6. Service availability and security

ALBaraka takes reasonable steps to keep the website accurate, available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, hosting failure or another reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALBaraka is not liable for loss caused solely by reliance on unconfirmed website information, an external site, a third-party network or service, or an event outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
